Refunds & Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from inside the Auditor Alpha app. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to contact us.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that. You keep full access until then. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, except where the Assurance Guarantee applies.

If the platform records no genuine flags for your account across your free Revenue Health Check and the first 30 days of your first paid monthly subscription, we will refund your first month's fee in full, including VAT.

• You decide which flags are genuine. If you tell us a flag is false, we accept that.
• Ask for the refund within 14 days after that period ends.
• Your CRM and accounting system must stay connected, and deals must be closed in your CRM during that period.
• Monthly plans only, not annual plans. Once per company, for the first paid month only.

This is a summary. The full wording is in section 6A of our Terms of Service, which applies if there is any difference.

Apart from the Assurance Guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable, including renewals and annual plans. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date.

If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount once we have confirmed it.

Email info@auditoralpha.ai from the email address on your account. Include your company name and, for an Assurance Guarantee claim, any flags you consider false.

We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
