1. What a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is a third-party company we rely on to help run this website and respond to the requests you send us. Each one only receives the data it needs to do its job, and each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. This page lists the sub-processors that may handle data connected to this website.

3. International transfers
Auditor Alpha is a UK-registered company and operates primarily from the United Kingdom. Personal data connected to this website starts in the UK, and we act as its controller under UK GDPR.
Several of the sub-processors above are based in the United States, so using them involves transferring data outside the UK and the EEA. For those transfers we rely on recognised safeguards, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with each provider's own technical and organisational security measures. We only share the minimum data each provider needs to perform its function.
4. Changes to this list
As our tools change, we may add or remove sub-processors. When we make a material change, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. If you have an active agreement with us and would like to be notified of changes, let us know using the contact details below.
5. Data Processing Agreement
